I’ve been writing a LOT this past couple months. I wanted to post a few links to posts I’ve written recently that you may have missed. These are my favorites, and ones that seem to have been the most helpful to others. I’ve been really blown away by all of the amazing feedback on my posts about sex, love, and marriage! Those are all topics I would like to write more about, and I’m excited to start sharing more. Look for more about marriage next week!
For now, here are a few posts to check out! Later today I’ll be posting the step by step of my Cranberry Sauce Paleo recipe! But if you’d like to whip it up now so you can check something off your Thanksgiving list you can head on over to my Facebook Page and see my live video! (eek!) feed of me making it. I really liked doing the live post and am planning to do more soon!
This post about Sex and Love, and how to begin improving your sex life has gotten great feedback, and gives really straight forward and doable information on how to start moving towards a better connection and intimacy with your partner. It was born out of writing about 5 tips to Grow Closer to your Partner and Feel More Connected.
This post about How to Disable Food Guilt is an important one, and goes well with my recent post about how I’ve Stopped Wanting to Lose Weight. Both topics are tough and sticky, but especially important to begin to nail down and wrestle with as the Holidays and media amp up, guilting you for your every move.
With this busy season now fully upon us it can get really muddy what will help you enjoy your children (time!) and what will feel like it will help but will actually hurt (aka: putting them off and being a punk so you can get your space/food/whatever “perfect” for the holidays. I am SO guilty of this!). Consequently I am rereading my own words about How to Enjoy Your Children More and taking it to heart.
And finally, this little Gift Guide for your Atypical Dad (or anyone!) in your life. Charlie doesn’t fit the ‘end cap’ dad gift ideas, but the ones are all right up his alley!
